I had a memorable stay at this hotel. The rooms were charming, clean, and very comfortable, overlooking the Ehrenberg ruins. The service was top-notch with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation feel, surrounded by stunning mountains and close to various attractions. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. However, the room layout was a bit odd, and there was a disappointing fly colony nearby.

This hotel gave us a fantastic 'vacation' feel in the countryside, offering great rooms and excellent service. We enjoyed the abundance of dining choices, although some modern updates might be needed. The location was perfect for exploring Bavaria.

Our room was warm, clean, and very comfortable, with a very soft bed and typical German pillows that I found much softer than American ones. The kids loved having bunk beds in a separate small room for extra privacy, and we even had a balcony to enjoy the views. It may not be the most modern, but it was great overall.

The service here was exceptional! The staff were so friendly and really took care of us, offering excellent suggestions for things to do in Reutte. They helped organize our daily plans, called cabs when needed, and even provided tickets to nearby attractions like the cable car and the indoor swimming pool. Their attentiveness and friendliness made our stay even more memorable.

The location was ideal for that perfect vacation vibe, set in the countryside but still close enough to easily explore castles, go shopping, hike in the mountains, and visit other attractions around Bavaria. We found it to be a great base for sightseeing and adventure.

The dining experience here was fantastic! We were impressed with the abundant selection of quality items, from breads, cheeses, and meats to fruits, pastries, juices, and coffee. It truly stood out among all the places we stayed at in Austria. If I had to nitpick, some more modern touches could enhance the overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy with a little balcony looking out to the mountains, which made them large and very comfortable. The service was top-notch with the staff being very friendly and going out of their way to accommodate us. The location was a definite plus, nestled in a valley with breathtaking mountain views and central to all the tourist attractions. The dining experience was classy and cozy, offering a fantastic buffet with a wide variety of options. The facilities were great and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
